BackTrack ("we", "our", or "us") is an audio-reactive video studio for podcasters and content creators. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
When you sign in with Google, we receive and store:
We also create and store a session token in a secure, HttpOnly cookie to keep you signed in for up to 30 days.
We do not collect passwords, payment card numbers (handled directly by Stripe), or any audio or video files you use within the app — all media processing happens locally in your browser.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your account and all associated data within 30 days. Sessions expire automatically after 30 days of inactivity.
We use a single HttpOnly session cookie (bt_session) to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies.
BackTrack is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of BackTrack after changes constitutes acceptance.
